Pedorthic Association of Canada | PAC and PFOLA Team-up for 2015 Symposium in Vancouver

The Pedorthic Association of Canada (PAC) and the Prescription Foot Orthotic Laboratory Association (PFOLA) announced a new partnership which will see PFOLA join PAC for its annual Symposium in 2015. The PAC Symposium theme will be “Biomechanics and the Future of Footcare” and will be held at Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, BC April 17-18, 2015.

“We’re delighted to have PFOLA join us for our 2015 Symposium. PFOLA’s participation will enable us to further enhance our line-up of speakers and grow the overall momentum and reputation surrounding our annual Symposium,” says Alison Smith, C. Ped Tech (C), C. Ped (C), president, PAC. “The partnership is a natural fit for PFOLA. Collectively we’ll be able to attract a wider, multi-disciplinary audience to the Symposium while delivering a high quality program for our members,” says Jeff Root, president, PFOLA.

PAC’s annual Symposium is an educational event that is attended by hundreds of delegates from across Canada. Known internationally for bringing together some of the best keynote, plenary and workshop speakers from around the world, the Symposium gives attendees a rich learning experience. A range of workshops provide relevant, practical tools which can be applied to daily practice along with presentations by the world’s leading researchers in related fields. In additional to high quality presentations, the Symposium features a tradeshow that includes suppliers to the pedorthic and podiatric industries. Attendees include Pedorthists, Podiatrists, Chiropodist, Physical Therapists, Biomechanists and others concerned with lower extremity therapy.
